Fundraising Events for 2010

Fri 5th Feb Quiz Night & Supper 7pm Hosted by Dr & Mrs Rathbone, fun evening with two course supper included. Tickets in advance £7.50.

Sat 13th March Auction - viewing 12 noon bidding 1.30pm - items accepted in the week prior to auction.

Sun 18th April Remembrance Tea Service,3-00 pm at the Hospice.

Sun 16th May Annual Summer Fete 1.30pm-4.30pm Our biggest fundraiser of the year. A wonderful entertaining family afternoon, indoors if wet.

Entertainment includes:- Persiflage Saxophone Quartet & Classical Guitarist together with Roger the Clown, Morris Dancing & Country Dancing, Huge Bouncy Castle & Sumo suits, Competitions and Games run all afternoon, A variety of stalls including •Art• Plants • Hand Made Items & Gifts• Bric a Brac • Jewellery & Accessories • Handmade Soaps • Photography • Cards & Stationery • Home Produce • Cakes • Candles • Painted Glassware etc

BBQ. cream teas, cakes & refreshments served throughout the afternoon. Raffle prizes include a Flat Screen TV and other quality prizes, 4 p.m. Songs of Praise, Admission only £2.00 per car will you receive the winning programme !

Fri 6th August BBQ 6.30pm-9.00pm A warm, fun and social evening set outside in our beautiful gardens. Enjoy a two course supper. Tickets £7.50 in advance .

Sat 18th Sept Auction - viewing 12 noon bidding 1.30pm - The second of our two annual auctions. Viewing starts at 12noon with bidding commencing promptly at 1.30pm. Please clear out your sheds, attics and garages to help raise funds for the hospice. Come along and bid, we always have a range of interesting lots including housewares, small items of furniture and bric a brac. items accepted during the week prior to the auction. Bacon butties served throughout !

Sun 3rd Oct Viking Challenge - Annual bike ride over 30 or 50km around the Vale of Belvoir.
