Fundraising Events for 2007

Friday 23rd March 7.30pm Quiz Night, Supper & Entertainment incorporating Persiflage the fabulous four piece saxophone quartet. Book your tickets now - teams of up to six people - individuals welcome - £7.00 per person inclusive of Quiz, 2 Course Supper & Entertainment.

Tuesday May 8th Clothes Sale 1.30pm - 3.00pm join us again and save money on quality clothing from well known and respected companies. Brand names from major high street stores - all sizes available. Many items half price or less - all welcome - come and browse. Admission £2 includes refreshments.

Sunday 20th May 1.30 pm - 4.30 pm - Tenth Annual Summer Fete.
One of the biggest and best in the area! A wonderful entertaining family afternoon including:- Shows, Drama & Dance, Quiz. Games and Competitions run throughout the afternoon. Childrens Entertainment including Bouncy Slide, Farm Animals Corner - feed the lambs! Various stalls including Art, Plants, Jewellery, Handmade Gifts etc. Raffle - with fabulous quality prizes. Cream Teas & Refreshments 4pm Songs of Praise. Admission only £2 per car - will you receive the winning programme?

Sunday June 17th 2.30pm - 4.30pm Tea at 3 Tea Party and Open Gardens
Come and listen to the Ratcliffe Choral Singers while enjoying afternoon tea in our wonderful gardens (indoors if wet). Entrance is £5 for which tickets are available in advance. Tea at 3 is organized in association with 'Help the Hospices' - we are encouraging as many groups, organisations, schools and individuals to hold a tea party for our benefit. This is a national event where groups and individuals will be serving tea / coffee and cakes for a fee, sometimes combined with other activities such as selling goods, holding a raffle, holding a Tea Dance, Teddy Bears Picnic etc. Would you be willing to arrange an event for us? We have lots of help available to you - please contact us for further details.

Monday July 23rd Underwear & Bedwear Sale - all at reduced prices 1.30pm to 3.30 pm at Dove.

Friday 3rd August BBQ- 6.30- 9-00 pm. Fabulous food served in our fabulous gardens, 2 course BBQ - buy your tickets in advance nearer the event - children under 10 years FREE.

Saturday 22nd September Auction Viewing 12 Noon - Start 1.30 pm Come and bid for a bargain and have some fun as well. We would welcome donations of items during the week of the sale - do remember us when you are emptying those cupboards and lofts - we can turn many unwanted items into much needed funds. Refreshments available while you view the lots and during the sale.
