DOVE COTTAGE TEAROOM & CHARITY SHOP OPENING MARCH 2009 VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Do you have a few hours to spare and would like to become a volunteer at our new tearoom & charity shop that will be opening in March this year?

If you would like to find out more, we are holding an information session on Thursday 26th February at 2 p.m. at the tearoom on Canal Lane, Stathern. If you

think you might be interested in helping out, please telephone 01949 860303, e-mail chris@dovecottage.org or just come along to the session to find out more.

If you can’t get along to the meeting but would like to apply to become a volunteer, please complete our application form and return it to us by post as soon as possible.

MEETING FEEDBACK

We would like to say a big ‘thank you’ to everyone who came to our public information session at our new Tearoom and Charity Shop on Canal Lane in Stathern. We were delighted with the response to our appeal for volunteers and I hope everyone who has signed up will find it a worthwhile and fun way to get involved with the work of Dove Cottage. If you would like to consider volunteering, please do get in touch and we will send you all the necessary information. We are also looking for donations of good quality second-hand clothing and accessories, so please remember us when you are turning out those cupboards. The tearoom and charity shop will be open daily throughout the summer between 11 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. (tearoom only on Sundays) so do come along to see what we’ve been up to!
